M8pools Terms & Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities as a Platform Member

Welcome to m8pools. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and m8pools ("Platform", "We", "Us"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered through the m8pools platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any of our services. Your continued use of the platform following any updates to these terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

1 Member Eligibility

To register and use the m8pools platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

1.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. m8pools does not permit minors to register, create an account, or use any of our betting services under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.

1.2 Geographic Location

The m8pools platform is intended for users based in Malaysia. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of online betting services is lawful in your location. m8pools is not liable for any violation of local laws committed by users.

1.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at m8pools. Owning or operating more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

1.4 Accurate Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. This includes your full name as per MyKad, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or closed immediately.

2 Account & Security

2.1 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security of your m8pools account username and password. m8pools recommends that you:

• Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols)
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Change your password immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

M8pools reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or proof of address. This KYC process is in place to protect you and ensure the integrity of the m8pools betting ecosystem.

2.3 Suspicious Activity

M8pools reserves the right to investigate and temporarily suspend any account showing suspicious activity, including but not limited to: attempted fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or automated bot activity.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

M8pools accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. The maximum daily deposit limit varies depending on your account level and payment method used. All deposits are processed in real time except under exceptional technical circumstances.

3.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 business hours after KYC verification is completed.
• M8pools only processes withdrawals to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• Withdrawal requests exceeding RM 5,000 may require additional verification.

3.4 First Deposit and Verification

For first deposits exceeding RM 500, m8pools reserves the right to request identity verification before the deposit is processed. This measure is in place to protect your account from unauthorised access.

4 Bonus & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by m8pools are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be played through in accordance with the specified rollover requirements.
• M8pools reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

New m8pools members are eligible to claim a welcome bonus of up to RM 300 for their first deposit. This bonus is subject to a rollover requirement of 5x the bonus amount within 30 days from the activation date. The welcome bonus cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated otherwise.

4.3 Cashback & Ongoing Promotions

Weekly cashback promotions, reload deposit bonuses, and loyalty programmes each have their own rollover requirements, validity periods, and eligibility conditions as stated on the respective promotions page. Players are encouraged to read the full terms of each promotion before participating.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Betting Limits

Each game type on m8pools has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly displayed on each game or market before you place a bet. m8pools reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time.

5.2 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting – including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports – the following rules apply:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system, except in cases of verified technical errors acknowledged by m8pools.
• Bets placed after market closing time will be automatically voided and the amount credited back to your account.
• For matches that are cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours, all related bets will be fully refunded.
• M8pools reserves the right to decline or restrict bets from any account without providing a reason.

5.3 Casino Games & Slots

All casino games at m8pools – including Live Casino, roulette, Table Games, and slots – use a random number generator (RNG) independently verified by a third party. The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed. Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with the relevant game policy.

5.4 Manipulation Prohibition

Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use automated software, or collude with other players for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without any refund.

6 Responsible Gaming

M8pools takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting should be a form of entertainment, not a burden. To that end, we provide the following tools to help you manage your betting activity:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set yourself within your account
• Loss limits to prevent overspending in a single gaming session
• Daily session time limit options
• Temporary self-exclusion from 1 day up to 6 months
• Permanent self-exclusion for those requiring more serious assistance

7 Account Termination & Suspension

7.1 Termination by Member

You may close your m8pools account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned to you, subject to identity verification and any outstanding bonus rollover requirements.

7.2 Termination by m8pools

M8pools reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account immediately and without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicious activity
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Use of automation software or bots
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform's systems

8 Liability Limits

M8pools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or betting opportunities due to technical disruptions or system maintenance
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party
• Any damage caused by viruses or malware unrelated to the m8pools platform

M8pools' maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

9 Changes to Terms & Conditions

M8pools reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via:

• In-account notification on your next login to m8pools
• A notification email sent to your registered email address
• Update the "Updated" date at the top of this document

Continued use of the m8pools platform after any changes to the terms take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please contact us to close your account before the effective date.
